Financial Information

Our goal is to provide all of our patients with the highest standard of care in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Our practice strives to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost. Our financial policy is that payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have insurance, we will ask for a partial payment of the full price. These arrangements are specifically designed around your insurance policy.

We are happy to help you by submitting your claim as a courtesy to you. The portion of your balance that we ask you to pay on the day of your surgery is a percentage of your total fee. Please remember you are responsible for payment in full of any balance remaining whether your insurance company has paid or not. If you need help in filing insurance or discussing any account matters our insurance specialist and financial coordinator are here to help.

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit.

Care Credit

You may also wish to look into financing your payments through a special 3rd party dental financing agency such as Care Credit. Care Credit is a medical/dental credit card that allows you to use this card not only for our services but with many other providers. Application and approval for this financing are in accordance with Care Credit’s terms and conditions. Red Flag Policy

For your protection and in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission we follow a Red Flag Policy designed to protect against identity theft. In keeping with this policy, we will ask for picture identification when taking payment from new patients. If payment is provided from another source not with you the day of your appointment, please alert us ahead of time so we can verify authentication. We do require that forms be filled out completely. These measures are to protect you from identity theft. This is a growing problem across our country and we take your private information seriously.
